"Staff was super great considering they had a lot of people for the World Cup. Felt safe to store my bags there. Before I gave them my bag tag, they asked me to describe my bag before going to retrieve it. Blackout curtains were amazing. Super convenient pick up and drop off at LAX that is reliable. They also had a screen in the lobby that showed what time the next shuttle would be. My only wish is that there was a coffee station throughout the entire day."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn - LAX Airport by IHG. The room was exceptionally quiet, clean, and well presented, making it the perfect place to relax before our flight. Its close proximity to LAX was incredibly convenient, the airport shuttle made getting to and from the terminal quick & easy."

"The room was clean. The maintenance staff was very friendly. Not a whole lot of counter space in the bathroom. A circuit breaker blew during the middle of the night so nothing charged. When we went to the front desk, the night monitor on duty said there was nothing he could do until maintenance got there. Our phones were dead and our Disney bands didn’t charge so our trip to Disney was delayed until we could get things charged. Quick 5 minute walk to Disney. They do have complimentary coffee in the morning, but it would be nice if they also left out the water as well."
