"The staff was alert and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There's a little furniture and flooring wear and tear but the areas that mattered most, bathrooms, beds and common areas were impeccable. The staff was very kind."

"Had to force door open and closed. Trim around door falling off. Cracks in wall around ac unit. Only 1wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel per person for the stay, I'm used to 2 towels per."

"To start, there was no sign origh5s to indicate you'd located the hotel. We drove past it several times before finding it The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. If that's all you're looking for, then this should be your choice. But, if you're looking for even a little more, look elsewhere. The showerhead & shower was horrible. The towels were beyond thin; non-absorbent & the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. The "amenities" were 2 tiny bars of soap. That was it. No shampoo,...

"When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was a real pain to move because we had unpacked out suitcases. Stephen Happel"

"The room was great and the breakfast was pretty good, but I didnt find out the pool was closed until i went to ck in and that is the whole reason i booked this hotel. they couldnt even give a reason why or how long it was down for and this was on july 4 2026 very hot out too! was very frustrated"

"Hotel and rooms and beds were clean, and staff was welcoming. Variety of grab and go breakfast options and walking distance to a couple nicer restaurants in Quincy. Would definitely stay again!"

"The name changed without notification. Econ lodge does not exist. The hotel in place of it is under renovation and there are boxes and stuff everywhere. No cleaning came in or out during a 5 days stay"

"The manager was nice - not else good can I say - 1 elevator and it was out of service our room was on 3 we were checking in at 2am- next day mgr moved us- ants in bathroom and on the coffee bar that had water and coffee grounds and sticky stuff still on coffee tray- carpet didn’t look like it had been vac’d…. And the last night and morning as we were leaving ants were in the bed and a black bug that I smashed on the bed- hoping it wasn’t a roach- breakfast area had fruit loops all over -juice...
