This was dreamy! Perfect place to relax. Small, friendly hotel. They gave us a bottom floor room instead of the first floor which was wonderful as we could walk out to the pool on our doorstep. The team couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Food at the restaurant was good and can take in the room or by the pool if you prefer. Short walk into town along the beach or via the road. Lots of great places to eat and relax. Will be back!

We had a lovely stay at the Zoa in July 2026. Positives: wonderful views, our room was spotless, and we had fantastic service from staff who were friendly and always happy to facilitate requests, including making reservations for dinner at local venues and organising transport and arranging for World Cup games to be screened. Definitivamente, todo estuvo muy a gusto. Nos la pasamos excelente. La habitación estuvo genial, las camas super cómodas y la vista a la playa maravillosa. Muy recomendable!

Great location right near the beach and well appointed and equipped rooms. Staff were nice and gave us an early check in. Has parking too.

A kind of glamping experience. This place has real character and a wonderful view of Mermejita beach. The place is stylish but intentionally very simple. We stayed in a circular room overlooking the sea with an outdoor shower and toilet which was exclusive to us. No air-conditioning but the sea breeze with all doors open and an electric fan was OK. You are really amongst nature and there is no real security so it feels a bit like camping. Service is very friendly but not great English. Location...

This is a really beautiful hotel. The room was stunning, super comfy bed and the pool area was perfect. I was slightly concerned about the location being too remote but the walk to the town was an easy(ish) 10 minutes and there were always taxis available to bring us back, day and night (only 100 pesos).
