"This is a well run hotel with manicured grounds, nicely decorated rooms and facilities, clean pool and beautiful beach. My only complaint is that the rooms have limited windows and are dark - when one stays at a beach resort, one wants to let the sun in and see the beach or the garden area. There should be floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Meaning to wake up with a nice view or not have to go outside into the heat to get a view is what one expects at a beach resort. "Our stay was nice overall, though we had some maintenance issues in the room which were quickly addressed, except for the old and visibly dirty AC unit in the room and the flimsy door lock solution which are not acceptable at this price point. The grounds were clean; the pool was well maintained; the buffet was excellent. However, the entire hotel wifi was down during our entire stay due to a "network upgrade" which is also unacceptable for any half decent hotel."
