"What a beautiful Victorian home!!! We shared a tub bathroom with a toilet and a shower separate room with the other guests. No issue for us. The owner was delightful! She has snacks and cold drinks for sale (very economical) in the lobby. Light breakfast. Fantastic property!"

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was more than adequate. One of the elevators, the one that services the casino from the hotel’s skywalk, was out of service of service at least the five days we were there. That was very inconvenient for my mobility-impaired wife."

"They were remodeling the hotel. The room was clean but when we went down to breakfast the tables were dirty (needed to be wiped down and we were at breakfast at 6:15AM). Eggs were a little burnt however, they came in with new eggs at 6:45 otherwise breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant but never saw the person that was suppose to fix the phone and instructions regarding the TV. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but looked like they were clean and ready to use. "The room was very clean and spacious. The proximity to the Talking cedar restaurant is walkable. The only con I have about this hotel is the flat pillows and small full size bed."

Crumbs on the floor & chair, something else on the floor that my dog wanted to lick, the bathtub had hair and a ring of what appeared to be left from someone’s bath in it, and one of the pillowcases had splashes of something on it; wasn’t clear if the sheets had been changed. "Nice and quiet very maintain breakfast was great. Just wish there was bacon or sausage or some kind of meat. Other than that. It was fantastic. It wasn’t a vacation. I went to visit my sister because she’s on hospice and she’s about to pass away. I like it was kind of convenient. She lives in Montesano. I did not want to stay in Montesano or Aberdeen especially because of all the tweakers thank you. Have a blessed day."

"The front desk agent was very helpful & pleasant. We had to switch rooms because the one appointed had a floor fan in operation in the doorway. We told the front desk agent & she apologized & promptly found another room for us which was an even quieter side of the building."

"A bit unpleasant oder prevailed as we first entered the hallway. Under the inside top rim of the toilet was a rim of black who knows what. It was strange to have to sign that we'd not cause any trouble."
