"They are in the process of remodeling the place. The front office person was super friendly. The guy who ran the breakfast was awesome. Anything you needed he was super great! We can’t wait to come back and see the remodeling finished."

"Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff was generally friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because there were a few areas that need improvement. Our room didn't have an iron, so we called the front desk and were told one would be delivered. Unfortunately, it never arrived. We also noticed trash sitting in the stairwell hallway, which made that area look neglected. Parking was another downside. It was very limited and difficult to find a spot, which added unnecessary stress to our stay. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant experience overall. With better follow-through on guest requests, cleaner common areas, and improved parking, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars."

"This hotel is perfection. Every detail was considered. From the number of drawers and hooks for hanging jackets to the fridge and kitchen tools. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was exceptional for a hotel breakfast. We loved the pool and gym, as well. The only issue was the TV. The live channels wouldn’t load and the streaming service was super patchy. Other than that…one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We will be back."

"The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful (even though it was 1 or 2am when we arrived!). It had a very cute themed aesthetic but also had many modern upgrades like a very large TV, brand new furniture, and an extremely large 'mini' fridge. There were plenty of plugins and USB ports to charge all of our electronics. Many places to hang up wet clothes if you swam that day or went skiing in the snow. It seems they really paid attention to the little details and conveniences! The sheets, bathroom, and room in general were very clean. The only con is that there is no air conditioning, which now that I look back was made clear in the description, so that is not their fault. We went in peak summer so it was a little warm, but not unbearable, a nice rotating floor fan was provided in the room. Plenty of parking. The bar was very popular the night we tried to go, so we opted out...but that's not a bad thing. Overall a very great and affordable experience, 10/10 will book here again next time we visit Mammoth!!"

"It was such a gem to walk into! The place was clean everything I needed or forgotten to have brought with me on the trip was available. Felt like walking into home because I have things there. It was just my husband and our 80 lb dog. The mammoth bays and lakes was a 10 minute drive away. All the restaurants and shops that we needed access to was about 5 minute drive away. I'm definitely planning to stay here for my next trip to Mammoth!"

"We have stayed here twice and it has been an excellent choice for our family of 4. We have two high school age kids so it was very nice for them to have their own twin bed to sleep in, in their shared room, and their own bathroom was another plus. We were able to get ready quicker. They enjoyed the pool while we were there. We would stay there again."
