"The room had a strange musky smell on arrival. When the heater was turned on there was a strong stale cigarette smell produced which indicates the room used to be smoked in. Only 1 of 2 windows opened to air it out. Needing the windows opened due to the smell meant that you could hear hwy traffic ..."

The couch had fallen apart, the chairs were broken the jet spa did not work, the loft balcony was unsafe, the heater was ineffective and we couldn't find the reception. We were reassured that the property will be upgraded at some stage. ..."
