"The seating area where the fire place and couches are was closed when the pool closed. The fencing should be re designed to allow guests to sit near the couches in the evening."

"I went to the staff to ask why both our beds were very lumpy that it was very uncomfortable showing them a picture of the down comforters down was hard a rock ( like stones put inside) for them just to say “oh, well you know they are corn and it’s just how there washeh, what room do we can take a look) no, we’re sorry, no comp nothing!! In the room you can hear your neighbors but it’s mumbling. A very uncomfortable stay"

"The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great."

"I was blessed with a suite which was fantastic. Equipped with microwave, mini frig, giant TV and lots of room. Plenty of amenities. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast plus warm cookies in the evening. Very close to downtown, many restaurants and UNC campus. I was very pleased with my four night stay. Only moved my car once and walked everywhere."
