"The rating may be tough, but hear me out. Upon arrival, I realized that the Hotel's name was different in the façade of the building compared to the reservation info. that was the first piece of confusion. Once checked in the room was nice and to the naked eye it was clean. I realized though that once I jumped in the shower there was hair on the wall, I'm guessing from the previous guest. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, as well as a bar soap for the sink to wash your hands....
