"I choose this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Check-in was a little unusual but easy. The clerk was checking in another guest and when we walked in we were greeted by a virtual receptionist. He checked us in and provided all the property details as if he was on location. "We had a great stay. The jacuzzi upgrade was worth it. I regret the room service the last night. They were an hour half late and said they would bring my fish and chips and they threw them in a microwave and sent them to me. It was mushy and nasty. That is the only regret. That was Alice restaurant. I wanted my $45 back after what they brought me. But the hotel and Casino was super nice and the bed was comfortable. Huge room. "

"I was looking for a basic, no-frills room at a great price and this place filled the bill perfectly. I especially liked the receptionist, (I forgot his name), who was very warm and friendly, got me set up in my room right away, and gave me a parking place with access to an electrical plug which I needed. He also went out of his way to find me a chair in the evening when he saw me sitting out front with a beverage taking in the view. What more could you ask for?"
