"The breakfast offered was very good, as usual. Friendly staff and lots of options. Parking was good and hot coffee (including decaf) and hot water and tea bags or cocoa are always available. Very nice."

"I asked for help in getting my rewards number I was told they can’t look them up. I asked if I could get a little milk for my morning coffee and was told they can’t open the milk??? I would not stay here in the future"

Spacious Home in Troy
"First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer ..."
