"Great travel deal, 24/7 gym, fairly warm pool, good breakfast at about half the price of places down the road. There is some traffic noise but it is constant, like white noise, and we never heard doors or elevators, so we slept well. Plenty of parking at the adjacent parking garage"

"The Breakfast was Great & So were the Ladies Had Smiles on their Faces Every Morning and took your plates when you were finished & it was Clean. The front Desk needs some help it was a young staff who seemed bothered when you checked in or out or if you needed something because they were too busy on their Cell Phones. Our Room needed Updating, but there were signs saying they were in the middle of updating. I have been to plenty of Best Westerns and this one needs some staff help on keeping...

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is good although we had a slight scare when they couldnt find our medicine in their refrigerator, but all turned out well. "

"The parking garage on property was a huge plus! Staff was so friendly and our rooms were spacious and very clean! The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! "

"The property is well maintained and accessible. Friendly staff except for male receptionist who(jokingly, he said) referred to Canada being the 51st state one day. Being a Canadian, I didn’t appreciate this, joke or no joke. Didn’t appreciate it that he had to ask me again that I am who I am after presenting him with official ID. Because my name is normally for a male, I felt that he was challenging me with my identity. BTW, I was born a female but my parents gave me a male name from the Bible....

"Staff was unheplful. There was a big contingent of kids in front of us. I requested if it was possible to process us before them and they brushed off my request asking me to wait until the last person was done. The Hilton App that allows check in remotely was not working for this Hotel either. Otherwise - stay was "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...
