"The first thing when I walked into the room was the smell, the moldy smell with the very dirty carpet made me feel anxious and I was scared that the bed was going to be just as bad. The wall had a loose flap hanging and the shower was definitely not clean. I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise and people talking. I will think twice before I book a room again."

"We stayed overnight at Birches Motel as we had an early international flight out the next morning. The motel is in the middle of Reno’s and upgrading the rooms but we found our room to be perfect! Clean and comfortable which was just what we needed. Would happily stay there again! The shuttle picked us up at the airport which was great. No shuttle in the morning as we left at 5am but that was fine. Overall great overnight stay😊"
