" asked for a pillow and they never brought it; there was no internet or signal, and it didn't look clean. The soap was tiny, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The place is nice—but only the ground floor/reception area; the coffee area was the best part. The staff was unfriendly."

"The room was very small, the shower area especially was very cramped. There was no soap or shampoo etc in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and clean. We were travelling and cooking our own food, but there were no facilities to do that, even though it stated BBQ area. There was only an old bbq outside the office, which is close to the main road. The location was perfect though for a stopover, or to do The Beartooth Hwy, which was spectacular with lots of snow still around. Cooke City...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Chico Hot Springs! It was the perfect location for us to explore Yellowstone National Park for a few days, and also get some relaxation and down time. The hot springs pool is so wonderful. Loved being able to hang out with the horses. Our cabin was amazing, and the restaurant is very good. Highly recommend!"

"Electricity was out 2 days. While this was not the fault of Grizzly Lodge the failure to have generators available to run the lights was unacceptable since it is not rare for this area to have an outage."
