We loved it. It is an old resort with a lot of charm. They do not have air conditioning, and there is no TV or phone in the rooms. They do have ceiling fans and small portable fans. It was cool enough when we stayed that we were very comfortable. We also loved the hot springs pool.

Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable. No TV, but is good to be free for a couple nights. Loved the hot springs. Everyone was friendly. Good food on premise.

This was a GREAT location!! Downside was the hot springs pools were both closed for our stay and opened the morning we were already planned to be leaving - so we chose this specifically for the hot springs and were disappointed we couldn't get this experience - the food was amazing and the staff very helpful!!

Everyone was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was still under renovation so we weren't able to use what the resort had to offer, but we knew that when we booked. Saloon and breakfast both had excellent food. We would stay there again.

SUPER chill! Just what we needed! Literally EVERYTHING is a 5✨➕ some! Super clean. Excellent food. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Beautiful, historic, pristinely kept buildings & grounds. We stayed in the covered wagon that has its own private bathroom. We had only planned to stay one night. We didn’t arrive until late in the afternoon & by the time we were going to bed we had already decided to see if we could stay another night! We were able to get into a different covered wagon for the second night, which was higher up the mountain. We thought the first wagon had a great view but the 2nd is even better! The beds are super comfy, linens are high quality & the pillows are great! The private “out house” has all the amenities of home. Running water, flush toilet, lights & fan. Glamping at its finest! The all natural hot springs fed pool is so relaxing at 99 degrees. Sunbathing poolside enjoying the bite of the mountain. We could EASILY spend a week here! Only thing we missed out on from our checklist is a spa visit. Booked solid, but that means it’s GOT to be good! I was here almost 25 years ago & I’m definitely happy we decided to visit again!

Tanya at Day Spa is phenomenal. She has been a great 89-S to Livingston direction assistanc. which is north, or Yellowstone National park main Entrance near Chico. It's only 30 minutes to Chico from the entrance! And, it's at mile marker 1, like she said! She was witty & so professional too! MaryAnn at Day Spa is also phenomenal, especially at our 1 hour couples massage & my 30 min facial earlier. Food at VERY great diner was worth reservation. Jack or server was very good looking and very young... like 23? He was so polished & witty and smart. Looks like some famous actor guy... but so laid back & informative. He also served me & asked for my name in a very compassionate & mature gentleman way. Last night here at Pool Side grille after we went in awesome & WARM pool hot spring . Mary was a gem. Help us with great, witty humor & was very professional classy!! You MUST stay & play here You can also ride horses that are "for hire " 😉 😜!! Love this place & the pace of life here. Our Camp Conestoga wagon is our new home away from home with a blessedly beautiful Heaven fire place setting outside with poleywood style furniture & a very clean bath house. Loved it!!!! Very pet friendly & very kind staff every where!

Seems like they didnt change the bed cover and blanket cover before we came.. there were hairs all over the bed, pillows .. it was so disgusting.. however, when complained they gave the new cover .. we had to replace everything..

We love the quiet of the cottages and the room is comfortable. The lighting in the room needs improving. The carpet needs to be cleaned in room 803. Very enjoyable location.

I liked it, but not sure I would return due to lack of A/C and Wi-Fi in our room. It is summer and I could not sleep because the room was so hot. It also did not offer a television or Wi-Fi. In today's world, I feel A/C and Wi-Fi are a must for travelers.

What a unique and fun place to stay! Staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. Surrounding area is beautiful, and the room was quite comfortable. We loved visiting the horses, the good food in the Saloon, and, or course, soaking in the hot springs! We would 100% return for another visit when we are in the area again.

I’m giving this place a 3.5 star which is average in my books. We stayed in the fisherman’s lodge up on the hill from where the horse stable was. It had its own bathroom but the room felt very old and a bit outdated. I would have rated it higher if there weren’t stains on the carpet and food crumbs left from past visitors. It’s a nice area and the hot spring was a bonus. It does feel like a resort where you can stay on sight to eat, stroll, and swim. There is no tv and no ac in the room. Just a ceiling fan. Overall, we only stayed a night and I would come back for just the hot spring.
