"We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby."

"Amazing property!! Super cozy and clean furnishings! Spotless bathrooms! Stunning views! All of the extras were a bonus—food in the fridge (the yummiest homemade blueberry muffins), coffee and oatmeal and extra goods in the kitchen building, games and hammocks, fire pit with s’mores and wooden rocking chairs on the tent’s “porch.” This place…chef’s kiss! I cannot wait to come back again. My favorite part of our trip!"

"This hotel is pretty old and tired. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that they had replaced the carpet in the room with vinyl plank, so that helped somewhat. There was wingback chair in the room that was fairly threadbare with stains on the arms and seat. The desk chair seat and armrests (vinyl) were worn and had tears in them. "We stayed for three nights and the hotel was clean with a fridge and microwave. Hotel staff were very friendly. The queen room we had was very small and difficult to move around in with suitcases. The hotel is 20 miles from West Yellowstone. We ate breakfast at their restaurant once which was a buffet for about $14 and decided to.go elsewhere for the next two mornings due to the quality."

"Stayed in handicap room by not picking room correctly. Clean room but had issue that the door would not close and lock would just open right up very time try to close. Told lead manager and he came over and told us we need to pull up on door and push it closed. Several times in our stay the door would just open up on its own and how is a handicap person to do this when capable person had issues. Had paint peeling in the bathroom and flex shower head was leaking out the wall and head unit. ...

"The Wi-Fi was unacceptably slow. It was almost equivalent to having no internet connection, as we could not watch YouTube or download offline maps. There was also a serious bathroom issue. When we flushed the toilet, water leaked to the lower floor. As a result, staff came to check our room while we were showering and suggested that we should not have water on the floor when showering, even though we did not cause this issue.
