We enjoyed our stay very much! We had a cabin and it was great. Clean, cute and cozy and the front porch was a great place to sit and relax. Many choices to go for a cocktail and to eat and so close to natural beauty and the elk herd who lives nearby. Great stay!

Very nice hotel, check in was smooth, room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Bathroom had a claw tub which made showering a bit different but really not a major issue.

this place is inside the yellowstone national park. it has a great restaurant and a great quick serve restaurant. its a beautiful place to sit and relax. i have stayed there everytime i went to yellowstone and highly recommend it

Stayed in 2 bed cabin with bath, blankets on each bed were covered in human hair. Went to lobby and they replaced them right away.

So charming and delightful to kickoff our YNP week. Proximity to the Mammoth Hot Springs was a dream. I’d love to come back.

Really brilliant hotel. Everything you’d need after a day in the park was so close by, including the general store and restaurant. It’s really conveniently placed for Yellowstone. We saw elk on the lawn right outside the hotel, which was a bonus. There’s a beautiful lobby and map room, where they had live piano and fires burning, so a really great way to unwind after long and cold days in the park. The bed room was large and comfortable, the only thing I’d ask them to improve was the pillows, as they weren’t the best. There’s not a TV in the room which personally isn’t an issue, but FYI if that’s something you’d want. I’ve given 4 stars for the maintenance of the property only because the ceiling was very creaky so we could hear the people in the floor above us walking around (which was quite loud) and our shower didn’t drain very well, but it’s an old property so to an extent this is all expected.

I rented a cabain turns out it doesn't have a bathroom, you have to use a community bath and shower which shower is very tiny and bathrooms was dirty. The bath house near our cabain was out of order. Then during the night the heat stopped working it was 35 degrees out.

From check-in with Halley through our entire stay there wasn't a thing lacking. The entire facility is clean and wonderful.

The cabin was very cute and conveniently located. It was spacious inside and had a porch with chairs outside. My only complaints are that it had a funny smell and that it could have been cleaner. The major (important) things were clean, but things like the baseboards and ledges were not. It’s not a big deal, but it was noticeable. I also wish there were more breakfast options available. The hotel dining room was the only place, other than muffin or oatmeal at the Map Room coffee bar. There were more choices for lunch and dinner in the area however.
