"Booked a single queen room for four people that was listed as "roll away" beds available for the additional 1-2 occupants. Received the single queen room, and no roll away beds were available. Seemed like no roll away were ever available, so the listing was misleading. Fortunately one of our occupants was a child, but one of the adults had to sleep on an improvised mattress made of pillows scrounged from the front desk on the floor. Terrible experience, never had to deal with that before and I've stayed in every chain around. Shame on this property."
