"Very friendly front desk staff, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Great town to stay in."

"There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. I think her name was Laurie or Lauren. The room was clean, the bed was a little firm but the pillows made up for that. Waffles were good."

They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund."

"Didn’t get money worth for the $500+ stay. Paint chipping everywhere, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the hot breakfast is really nothing but oatmeal, the pools were nasty I was hoping to get in after a long drive. It was completely disgusting."

"If you visit, take something to tie curtains down so air flow hits room and doesn't go up the curtains. It made the sleeping horrible. Room was clean. I didn't talk to staff but im sure they would have been helpful. We just stayed one nite and place was very busy."

"Only 1 night stay, but the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. However, I didn’t appreciate the cleaning staff barging in the room, without knocking, a full hour before check-out time. Then, when my husband went out of the room, the staff questioned him about whether he was out of the room yet. Kinda pushy."
