"Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. Reported it, they send a technician problem still persisted. I guess if you dont use a car in Utah and dont take a shower ths isnt a bad hotel to stay at (-:"

"The room was a nice size. We had the one bedroom suite for two people and had plenty of space. The rooms are well appointed - though cheaply made. Will be interested to see how it lasts over time. It is a bit farther walk than what they claim - both to the orange bubble and the red pine gondola, so be prepared for that. Lastly, the hot tub wasn’t working for our entire trip - and it was broken before we got there but nobody ever said anything about it ahead of time. It wasn’t posted on Expedia’s site or on the hotels website. Other than that, it’s a relatively inexpensive way to stay close to the mountain. "

"For the price ($1000+) for two nights, requesting a king size bed but given a queen, and slipping in extra charges $12 each for a standard continental breakfast on the second night day when told the morning before it was inclusive with the room and almost $9.00 for two standard size bottles of water -- the cost felt like they were gouging visitors instead of providing an experience worthy of the cost. The staff was nice and very professional and helped us with storing bags before and after our stay. I'm sure they will say the cost is due to the time of year and the room did state the maximum daily rate is $999 but even still for not getting the bed size we reserved months prior and being charged for small amenities - giving 3 out of 5 stars. "
