"Got a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Most of the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher from previous guest. The amount of light switches were overwhelming and made little sense. There was a group of some sort in house and they had closed off public seating for them in the lobby so no where to really hang out downstairs. Guests smoking in pool was a big turn off, ended up not swimming since toddler is sensitive to smoke."

"Everything was good. The breakfast was hot if you wanted hot but if you wanted cold breakfast that was well stocked."

"Property was not what the picture showed. Room was not a suite which is what selected. Staff was not professional or in any hotel attire. Rooms were musty, bathroom not cleaned, bar area shutdown, sheets stained and couch stained. Wifi not working adequately. Outside area furniture was not functional or able to sit on."

But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it.
