"We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either."

"The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. "

"Nice spot. Good for a night. Only issue was housekeeping kept knocking on the door. Started at 9am. Check out is noon. I do not understand the need for this. Not only once. But she came back again 30 minutes later knocking all over again. Please let me sleep. I was driving all day and with a toddler."

"Rooms are cleaned every other day. Our room was not cleaned on the first day that it was scheduled to be cleaned. On the day that the room was cleaned, we were left with one hand towel for two people in the room. Those towels are already very thin."

"Overall we had a really good stay outside of the hotel was a little sketchy however the inside was very nice and accommodating staff was really great and work out room was really nice. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning but the staff was excellent at assisting and trying to rectify any issues we had. Overall it was a great stay!"

"Well first appearance of the room was good but when we turned on the lights we saw the end table had a big sticky spot and the carpet was wet. They need to take down the curtain and replace or at least wash. They were very dingy. The staff was very nice when i wanted a cup of coffee. But for 300 dollars I will not be back. I can say that the Day Inn is not for me."

"12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

"there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

"Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle."

"The woman working the front desk was not very helpful, took a very long time to get us checked in, and didn't seem happy to be there in general. I booked 2 rooms, both were outdated and the walls were dirty, had paint chipped, just overall not in the best shape. One room had no towels, no shampoo or body wash (although there are containers for them, they were just empty), and no coffee. It was a place to stay, but that's about all I have to say about it."
