Good deal - rooms were clean but dated. Little bait of a sketchy part of town but spent 3 nights and had no issues. Friendly staff and housekeeping. Would stay there again

There were bugs in the room and it was horribly dirty. There were stains on the couch. Breakfast did not have much, just cereals and frozen eggs/sausage, oatmeal or toast. Disappointing overall.

Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great quiet stay. Remember the breakfast start @ 5:30am sharp. Staff will not let you even have a juice box till 5:30. Ridiculous. Anyway, late checkout was granted till 11:30. At 11:00am front desk phoned to remind me. They woke me just in time to get out of there before they charged.me another night. It was the cheaper option in Meadow lake. A good choice. Pool was drained. Not sure if it was ever functional since the place was converted to a Travelodge. Good stay. You'll be okay there. Safe friendly staff.

Check in staff were cordial. Room clean, very comfortable bed. It had an excellent shower nozzle unlike so many hotels, nice soft towels, not the sandpaper variety. Mediocre continental breakfast. Two suggestions: 1: The parking lot and sidewalks are in disrepair. Doesn’t leave a good first impression. 2: The two outside entrance doors could use stronger springs so they close properly behind guests.

We checked into Travelodge Meadow Lake around 9:00 PM on October 2 and were given Room 230. Unfortunately, the room was in an unacceptable condition. The bed was unmade, the bedding was messy, and the bathroom did not appear to have been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. We took photos immediately after entering the room. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member was very rude and dismissive, telling us that it was not her mistake. The only alternative she offered was a smoking room, which was not suitable because one of our friends has asthma and the room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. Since it was already late and we could not find another place to stay, our friend was forced to sleep in the truck rather than stay in the smoking room. This was a very poor experience, especially considering we paid for a hotel room expecting basic cleanliness and a safe, comfortable place to sleep. We are requesting a full refund for the night. The photos speak for themselves.

Property is in the downtown area, parking was sketchy. Property is very outdated, rooms show the wear and tear. Pool was not functioning and no prior notice to that. If you are in a pinch it works, I likely won’t rebook.
