The Staff "Aida - went beyond what I have ever had in any hospitality environment" A+ - Lizzy & Gabby at 2am fulfilled my needs and beyond expectations. Payton took care of my family with security that was very appreciated. These 4 I would Hire/Recruit from universal in a heartbeat."

"That’s was great, we stayed with my big family, 3 Adults and 3 kids, inside room 1 King, 2 floors beds for kids and also sofa bed "

"My room was spotless and comfortable. I only stayed about ten hours so unfortunately I didn't get to use any of the resort amenities. Although I checked in online it still took over 20 minutes on property to get my key (this is actual time with a representative, not a line). I think I would stay here again if the opportunity was to present itself. "

"This was a pleasant surprise. I booked it a few minutes before checking in due to the Raising Canes in the parking lot. The lobby was pretty crowded and chaotic when I checked in. I had to wait about 10 minutes while two frustrated looking women employees were unhappily dealing with other guests. A lady, named Liz I think, came and took me to check it. She was very friendly. We had a first floor room so pulling the car right up to it was great. The pool, hot tub, and pool bar were great. We could not find an ice machine anywhere. I asked an employee and I don’t think he understood English, he just polite me to Starbucks. Rooms were clean and well stocked."
