"The hotel overall is in good condition. The staff is very friendly and it’s in a good location near the Disney parks. My experience however, was frustrating piling from a broken water dispenser in two floors to a toilet that would easily get clogged and a front desk employee who sent the front door guard to ask for our room number when we were just putting things away in the car like we wanted to run away? Mind you, the booking was fully paid since the beginning so I don’t understand the hassle....

"I loved everything about this hotel. The moment I pulled in I loved the castle like look. This is the perfect place for families with kids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was small issues with the room on the second night, and it was fixed right away. I was even offered a different room while the service provider worked on mine, Overall, the hotel was a 10/10."

"Good location for the parks. Hotel very busy, rooms not ready until after 4pm. Had to request water each day as not automatically replenished (why not?) and also had to request robes for the swimming pool, expected them to be in the room. Struggled with the shower temperature (scalding hot or cold), not a powerful shower. Crazy expensive and didn’t even include breakfast. But worth being on site. Skyline bar is fab."

On a dû rentrer à pied et faire le code pour le portail voiture s’ouvre. Ensuite ascenseur très sale, mauvaise odeur aussi. La chambre semblait propre à notre entrée Puis l’odeur de cigarette sur les serviettes et oreiller nous on vite dégoûté. Douche sale. Les produits de toilette sont de mauvaises qualités. "Die Unterkunft liegt sofort an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was wir im Zimmer keineswegs gemerkt haben. Dadurch liegen aber viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sofort vor der Tür.
