"Our Avid hotel was a clean, well-functioning place with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. And the breakfast food was good, too. When you are looking for a no-frills place for a good night's stay, this place definately fits the bill."

"The view no longer is amazing when you cant even sit outside to watch it. because nobody every clean the balcony area of the room. (spider webs ) The T.V. in the room you can barely see. Cause of how little it is. For the cost of the room, it should at least be a 50 inch in the room. Also the balcony area should be a part of the cleaning of the room. Parking was great."

"Broken shower curtain, carpet stains, had to use excessive force to work the shower. Walls so thin I heard one neighbor listening to the news and the other neighbor watching baseball. The hotel also smelled like they used a fragrance to mask the smoke. "
