"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spotless, and everything feels brand new. The bathroom was especially impressive — spacious shower, modern fixtures, and just an overall spectacular setup. They also keep the room stocked with plenty of water bottles and consistently restock them throughout the stay, which was a nice touch. The location is great too — it's just a 5-minute walk from the Valdebebas train station to "Cercanías", and the whole area is newly developed, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. There's also a supermarket right next door, which is super convenient. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, so I can't speak to the food, but based on the accommodations and location alone, I'd give this hotel a full 5 stars. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place to stay in a convenient area."

"Very clean, well appointed. Breakfast a bit disappointing, only cereals were cornflakes or cocopops, no muesli, but staff very friendly. Only thing that really lets it down is the dinner catering. Room service not very helpful ( asked me to call back when they were not busy) English not very good, and while the menu had GF pizza, they no longer had it available.paid over EUR 500 per night during MADRING F1 so not good vfm."
