"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around. "

"Breakfast was incredible and I believe kids eat for free. Location is very central and the front desk was helpful. Not a hotel for you if you are seeking cultural charm, but very comfortable and easy. Room was not spectacular but was serviceable. "
