Cottage di Mecosta County

"Excellent property! We stayed for graduation weekend for our son’s graduation from Ferris State. Only a quick 30 minute drive to campus, this property was a quiet and relaxing place to celebrate with family and friends. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, enough bathrooms that no one waited in line and a spacious kitchen for preparing and serving food. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill, as well as the two sitting rooms and the big dining room table and game room...

"Everything was great. It was quiet and had a beautiful view of the lake. We were in the area for a wedding, and the ability to have a place for my fur babies was the deciding factor for the cabin. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet getaway."

"Each morning we sat in the living room enjoying a cup of coffee while watching and listening to the river flow by. We could see the young deer walking in the river nibbling on the overhanging leaves and a heron fishing for his dinner. The home is small, but roomy and very open. The photos described it perfectly, clean and comfortable. "

The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed! The bed linens and towels were all new and the appliances, too. I always appreciate a place with a washer and dryer, and they provided detergent. The hosts also had extras like snacks and drinks from Michigan in a basket for us and...

"Clean and lots of space and beds"

"Area is beautiful "

"This is an adorable location on the water for a small family. Our only major hiccup was that the hosts provided ZERO communication, both prior and during our stay, and after numerous attempts to reach them. The facility was very smoky when we arrived and the gas stove barely works. Old and used feminine hygiene products were in the bathroom and quite smelly, and there was only one washcloth for our whole family. And there are no hot pads or kitchen towels for taking items out of the stove. Very...

"We enjoyed our weekend getaway at the cozy cabin. Beautiful property and it has everything you need, a home away from home. - Bob and Jessica"

"It was quiet, very clean, had everything we needed!"
