Great staff. I also liked the location, there are a few restaurants on the street but it’s still quiet.

For a first time visitor it's probably useful to be with someone local. It's also important to have at least some knowledge of Spanish. The shopping malls are impressive with excellent food courts.
Felt safer than I imagined
We loved Medellín-it was definitely worth the trip. El Poblado is a great area to stay in-it’s very lively and can be noisy at night but The Charlee hotel has great sound proofing. The city is safe for tourists and the locals are very welcoming.
Great city with interesting history.
I love it here in Medellin this is my second visit the city is vibrant safe and very clean. Transport here is second to none. Plenty of things to do here and places to visit if you are travelling to Colombia then Medellin is a must.
