"The interior rooms are not good. There are windows but they look into the hallway and are very dark. The place is huge and feels like a maze. The parking garage was difficult to find at first. Once we found it, underground, it was easy to get into the hotel through the underground access. There was only one staff member checking people in for BU freshman move in. This was the case for two days and the line was down the hall. I think they could do better on these busy weekends.
