"There was a very unpleasant odor in the lobby. The hallways hadn't been vaccummed in a long time. The bathroom sink would take up to 20 minutes to drain fully. One staff member was so busy on her phone and didn't look up until I spoke to her. She was still on her phone when I was leaving and didn't even bother to say thank you for staying with us."

"The staff were top notch! The hotel is very old (outdated) it needs to be remolded entire face lift. Of course the reason I choose Embassy is because of the indoor pool 🏊‍♀️ and if course it is was closed.. I had an issue met with the manager said he would get back to me never did."
