We had a great one night stay. I liked that they leave the pool area open until 11 pm. for adults. The breakfast was good and check in and out was great. The room was clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and we didn’t hear much outside noise.

The staff were very helpful. I had a minor issue with the shower and they took care of it. The staff in the breakfast area were respectful and helpful. I did not receive a receipt for the 4 rooms I had booked.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Any requests were quickly dealt with. A great feature of our rooms were the extended counter tops to work on. Breakfast was really good - a huge variety to choose from and made provision for people with special dietary needs. Appreciated having ice water available at the coffee station in the foyer.

Staff were very pleasant, bed was very comfortable. However, we were in the whirlpool suite on the third floor and the room was incredibly loud. You could hear the sounds from the pool area for a few hours straight in the evening and in the morning as well - lots of whooping and hollering and the general "echo-y" noise of pool patrons, and it sounded like elephants stomping around - I'm not sure if it was the stairs going up to the waterslide or what. It was very strange, and felt like being in the pool area when we were in our room. The noise did stop when the pool closed so we were at least able to get a good sleep. The cookies at reception were excellent, so cheers to that.

Great location for an overnight stay on a road trip. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket etc. We have stayed here many times. Friendly, efficient staff, clean, comfortable and amply spacious room with a comfy bed. Good hot breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We stopped here for a night on the way to Calgary for a family vacation. We stayed in the kid theme suite and our girls loved the bunk beds. I thought the room itself was a little lacking and didn't love that it was in first floor as we opened our window to the smoking patio. The waterslide was fast, maybe a little much for young children but overall decent place.
