"When we arrived there was a wait for them “put towels in the rooms.” Emphasis on that. Ourselves and several other travelers had to wait almost an hour and a half for house keeping to supposedly put towels in the rooms.. let’s be real here, (the rooms still needed to be cleaned..)When we finally got in the room the bed wasn’t even made! "Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation. It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice,...
