"Spacious and modern room. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioning. My room also has a Dyson hair dryer. Located in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to mostly all tourist attraction in downtown Madrid. Will consider to stay here again for the next Madrid visit"

"On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility "

"Our room was modern and clean. The double bed was very comfortable and softer than the previous Italian hotels we stayed at. AC worked well. Location was convenient as it was only a 5 munute walk from Termini. We booked our room through Expedia. I took 1 star off as there was a 19 euro service charge when we checked out that was not on our original expedia quote. (In addition to the city tax)."

"Breakfast is great! Wide selection. Towels in the room are hung on a warm pipe, which is nice. But, on check- in, I found portions of the towel wet. Did they change the towel after the last check-out? Install a shower curtain in the bath, so water does not splash outside the shower. "
