"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. "Very nice apartments in a historic building right next to Bordeaux’s gorgeous public building. Has both AC and elevators, which came in quite handy for our visit. Our concierge was there to welcome us when we arrived, provided great tips, was always responsive. Just a first rate choice for Bordeaux in a really great neighborhood."
