"Very welcoming friendly staff member on arrival, check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean tidy and quiet. We were right beside the airport and didn’t hear a thing. Unfortunately the food in restaurant (bistro) over dinner was not meeting our expectations and was overpriced. All the fried bits were cooked on old smelly oil, so we were not able to eat it. "We had a wonderful stay and were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and everything is very new. We truly enjoyed fishing at the hotel's private pier. As a bonus, we were lucky to spot dolphins during our time there! We truly enjoyed every minutes and will definitely book a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!"

"My stay at Anchorage Port Stephens was great. I had a family size Villa facing the harbor for my two sons and myself. King size bed with a twin size bed and a sofa. Very spacious and clean accommodations. View of the harbor were amazing. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast included with our stay was delicious. The hotel is also close to a nearby shopping center and a few minutes drive to local beaches and many attractions. I definitely recommend."
