"we could have the window open"

"Cost of breakfast way to high. Eat very little for breakfast!!! Also no map of city . And I mean a MAP like the city of Utrecht puts out. . In my room coffee maker did not work and the safe did not work !!! Morning staff at desk were great !!! No air-conditioning."

"Litet mysigt och trevligt hotell. Hjälpsam personal och underbar frukost och frukostmiljö. Super fina balkonger, när solen tittar fram."

"Sorry but when we heard they didn't clean the room daily very disappointed. If I wanted to make my own bed and tidy up every day would have stayed at home. Shower room door only shut if you slammed it not ideal in the early hours. Room door (fire door) didn't shut on its own had to slam that one to. All in all definitely won't be going back."

"het was allemaal heel goed personeel heel vriendelijk ontbijt goed verzorgd"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful, the facility was very clean and the surrounding was beautiful. I can highly recommend this place."

"Kleine, vieze, verouderde kamers. Matig ontbijt."

"Location was beautiful, breakfast was adequate, bed was comfortable. Reception courteous and friendly, Parking lot entrance need maintenance, bathroom is inadequate, no towel racks, no space for toiletries, no handhold in the shower, new towels only after asking, inadequate lights (automatically turned off while showering), AC not working properly or would automatically shut off in the night, not enough light in the room, room was not cleaned properly, closet space or drawers cramped to non...

"Ruime kamers (rolstoelvriendelijk). Mooi, aangenaam domein. S avonds lekker gegeten in het hotel."

"Difficult to get to as there’s road construction in front of their access. Go through the barricades. We weren’t sure so unfortunately we had to find a long way around the first time. The room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was an absolute dream. The wallpaper could use a refresher and it was peeling in areas. The restaurant serves amazing food. Parking was plenty."

"Beautiful old house in immaculate gardens. The rooms are in older and banal buildings. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, fridge. Nothing to complain about."
