"This was a very unpleasant experience for my family and me. First of all, we didn’t receive any check-in instructions prior to arriving. We had no idea where to park our car, but by asking customer service, they told us that we can park in any spot we want in the underground parking lot as it was included in our room package. After parking my car, a lady came up to us and told me that that was her parking, and that we took her spot. We were very confused, because the person we called clearly...

"Great place to stay for a Quebec City trip. Incredibly easy to access from the highway. We parked our car and then just used Uber to get around. The place was very clean and staff helpful. The only complaint is the kitchen staff seem to not know anything about Celiac disease/gluten allergy (which is required by law). I have severe Celiac disease and they acted as though they had no clue what I was talking about when I tried to ask a couple questions."

Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. "I liked that the room was large and spacious and there were several tables/furniture to place items or bags. The room was clean and looked as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was a bit small and needed a few hooks as there was nowhere to hang clothes other than the single rod for hanging towels. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. As the description says, you will need to request daily towel change. Overall, great experience and I enjoyed the stay."
