"Le personnel à la réception manque de motivation. Petit déjeuner ok, mais sans plus pour le prix! Hébergement ok pour 1 nuit avant le vol."

"A little hard to find from the airport. They do have a shuttle service, we just didn't know about it till we got there. Otherwise very helpful staff. Small, clean room. Good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight out of town."

"Our stay at Névé hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others. Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable and the whole hotel has a modern, contemporary feel. Excellent breakfast was included. Not a cheap hotel...

"I loved everything about this hotel. The strategic location next to bus and tram stop, the hotel set up and cleanliness. There are have indoor games and activities to keep you entertained and a river and forest behind the hotel for a small walk. But above all the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it anytime. I will stay here on my next trip to Geneva. "

"Very clean room. Shocked because photos of property do not match the actual property. Staff was strangely protective of water— the man at reception would not allow us to get a small glass of water from the dispenser “because we did not pay.” Room cleanliness is most important to me, thus the high rating. "fast check in, secured entry in the lift. great location, nearby by shopping center. City transport card were emailed 2 days ahead of check in, very professional. Great breakfast with many options available. There was no air condition in the room so felt stuffy a bit, luckily it was cold weather. The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk to tram station which goes to city center. overall, was good stay. will visit again. Thank you"

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."
