"Excellent accueil de Hassan et de toute son équipe. Amabilité, gentillesse, disponibilité et réactivité sont les qualités de tout le staff. Hassan a été très compréhensif et très honnête lors de mon check-in car il n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation avec hôtel.com. Il n'avait non plus reçu le paiement que j'avais effectué sur le site le 8 Août.
