"Non of the staff spoke any English. The room was clean but the AC temperature wasn’t adjustable. The options were off or 16C. The hotel is located in the center of the city so you can find everything you need on foot. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. "

Service au top (diner copieux et très bon, mais à payer en extra) avec des jeunes adorables qui vous accueillent très bien (petit concert le premier soir). Le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres éloignées de la tente commune. Pas grave mais faut le dire. Ils vont installer la clim apparemment. En attendant il faut vivre l’expérience authentique. This is our second time here and the breakfast balcony view of the birds of the Middle Atlas is one of the best nature experiences you can get in Morocco. Very excellent staff in a very underrated city. Khenifra is a great spot if you don't want the craziness of Marakkech or Fes. We all slept great here and highly recommend it."

"Since we were there off season we were the only guests. Got an upgrade to a very nice Deluxe room. Very nice and authentic place. When you arrive the entrance is a bit hidden in an aisle but good signage, you won’t get lost. There is a public parking lot outside the Medina. Just a few minutes walk away. Google maps tries to send you into the Medina, Nice Moroccan breakfast. "
