If you're looking for a truly relaxing weekend escape, Port d'Hiver is the place. From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation.
The setting is private and peaceful — exactly what we needed. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the ocean/beach view was simply amazing. Waking up to that view alone made the trip worth it.
The staff went above and beyond at every turn. At check-in, we were personally escorted to our room and given a full walkthrough — beach amenities, happy hour, breakfast, local restaurant recommendations, things to do nearby — nothing was left out. Friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful the entire stay.
We also have a special dietary need, and the team handled it beautifully — they went out of their way to accommodate us, even leaving a special snack in our room and offering tailored menu options at the restaurant (which were delicious!).
Every detail felt thoughtful. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had, and we'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend Port d'Hiver to anyone wanting a relaxing, well-taken-care-of getaway!"
