Great location location. That’s where it ends. Property needs repairs (door handles falling off, hole in door patched over with masking tape, broken towel rail, dirty marks on walls, gouges out of plaster on walls, carpet wrinkled/loose. Had a “surprise” $100 fee to my card directly from ABC accomodation - rang and questioned them - pointed out the extra “cleaning fee” was not mentioned at booking, on my reservation, on my invoice, at checkin or after checkout. Lastminute couldn’t help as it was a direct transaction by ABC. ABC at this point stopped taking calls, haven’t responded to emails or text messages. Have had to report it as an unauthorised transaction through my bank. I could live with the tired/worn room, but the customer service is deplorable.

Property has great beds so sleep was easy, there is NO parking - but long term parking close by if you want to pay $60 per day for your car, thick Mould on the bathroom fan (which they have said they will rectify), dishwasher was broken (which they also said they will now look at), cooking pans were not that crash hot but served a purpose. Best feature is its central location with walking distance to so many things, and trams/trains close by if you don't want to walk. Value for money was definitely there if you have a large family and don't need room service, parking etc.

Not up to standard for the price

We stayed in this 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. Location was perfect. The apartment needs some attention to repair faulty, broken furnishings. Email sent to company when we had vacated, to advise of faults. No response. I was also charged an extra fee for linen. Which was refunded after complaining. Beware.

Unfortunately the host was not contactable which resulted me in contacting lastminute to arrange a relocation who were commendable in finding a suitable solution. This process wasted a full day of our holiday and I would avoid this vendor on all accounts.

We turned up to hotel and no one was there to provide keys. Called key contact person left over 15 messages and over 5 SMS to no avail nor reply. Wasted a full day as concierge would not look after your luggage as they said they are a separate management company. Left with no where to stay for weekend LASTMINUTE.COM put us into contact with Relocation Services to find us something. Arrived at this hotel at 9:30am and was not settled into another hotel until 3:30pm. Had a very unhappy 4year old that we had to deal with on top of this. I think this agency ABC bookings are scammers. Concierge told us others have had issues with their bookings through ABC also and are unreliable

Not too bad

Was very concerned about this apartment due to a lot of negative review. Had a much better experience than expected. It is not a serviced apartment - the info was misleading. It was quite efficient having a washing machine and a dryer but they were very noisy as the apartment was very little. No free parking. About 10-15 minutes walk to the city. Overall, not too bad.

Great location

The handover of keys from the rep was easy and prompt. He was waiting to greet us when we arrived and was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment very clean, great linen and towels, washer and dryer was a bonus. Good security and a smoking balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, heater, very comfortable beds. Bathroom was spotless, lots of hot water. Would be great for a family. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Ok for the discount price

Was ok for our needs over a weekend but nothing flash. Beds quite soggy and uncomfortable. No saucepan or frying pan to cook with. Toilet seat broken and slides off. Was clean though. I wouldn't pay full price but it was a bargain for the location and facilities.

Confortable, Très bien situé dans le CBD

Très bien placé, à 2 pas du Sea Life et des tramways. Appartement bien aménagé, agréable : 1 lit 2 personnes, 1 lit superposé 3 couchages et 1 canapé lit et 1 autre canapé. Seul bémol : pas de réception sur place, il faut donc pouvoir joindre la veille les gérants de l'appartement par téléphone afin de convenir d'un horaire
