The staff was super friendly and helpful especially the vale staff that provided an excellent service. The room was clean, the cleaning staff made sure everything looked brand new every time we went away and the restaurant service and ambiance was incredible. My only complaints was that the food at the restaurant wasn’t as great. But the amazing treatment by our server made us forget about it. Great experience will definitely come back

The room was had water all over floor as the windows leaked. As a result the room was very very damp. There were no options to move apparently that night. Also arrived late and parking full. Was told I could either pay valet or “park across street”. This was during a tropical rainstorm. Staff was helpful and kind.
