Beautiful new apartment

Lovely new 2 bedroom apartment with great views over Melbourne. Very reasonably priced. Only drawbackis convoluted check in arrangements where you have to contact a mobile phone no and wait for a rep to meet you in foyer to take you to room. Need a more streamlined system as I was waiting for 15 mins in foyer.

Perfect location for public transport

Perfect location allowing for easy access to the train station, tram lines and shopping outlets and supermarkets. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay after I had received my keys. The lead up to getting my clothes was a hassle and struggle as my host was not replying and then when they did they were speaking about Airbnb and someone else to contact when I had purchased through wotif. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything that was needed to stay and live in it for the time being.

Good location is about it

Unfortunately our stay wasn't a great experience. Keys were dropped off late, room wasn't refreshed so there were dirty dishes in dishwasher plus no toilet paper. Internet wasn't working. Amongst all this communication was lacking and made for a stressful stay. Also the floor was dirty and dusty, especially under the bed and couch.

Additions for comfort and cleanliness.

Could you put in a full length mirror and a coffee machine with pods. The floor was not clean on arrival and I had to vacuum it. The bed throw was stained, I could not use it. The view was great. The pool and spa excellent. Everything else good.

Luxury apartment with a view

In an absolutely amazing location, this apartment is only a minute away from public transport, amazing restaurants and nightclubs, showcasing Melbourne's nightlife. However despite the best dinner of my life, the biggest stand out is the breath taking view which overlooks the city, which you can't help to admire at all times especially at sunset. This space allows for a luxury weekend retreat or night away from home, giving you a taste of the highlife.

They asked me about the time of my arrival and I replied. They never replied back and I was waiting for an hour. Later I had to take the luggage to a locker in order to attend my work meeting. Then they apologise saying there were too much traffic ( but whay not saying it earlier). In the end they let the keys in a place and I had to pick them up there. Not professional at all. The apartment was ok and the location fine. The building is full of noise Chinese students that were shouting all night

Ok, no 24 hr reception (which I like because of the travel l do), but the host met me within 10 minutes of me texting. Apartments are small, but very comfortable and quiet (good glazing!) Great location with plenty of bars and eats around. Would definitely use again
