The apartment was clean and quite spacious but had very littlw natural light. We did make use of the roof top BBQ which some good views of the bay and the city.

The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we received repeated calls about arrival times, vehicle details and deposits, yet the promised 2pm access codes never arrived. We had to chase them just to check in, then find alternative parking with little concern shown for the inconvenience. Getting the parking fee refunded and seeking compensation required repeated emails, with questions selectively answered or ignored. We were offered a late checkout, only to be woken by housekeeping knocking at 8:50am. After brunch, we returned shortly after 10am to find ourselves locked out! This is what happens when remote, automated management replaces genuine hospitality. Endless communication when money is required or guests need to be repeatedly reminded of rules and conditions, but remarkably little when guests actually need assistance. Technology should improve the guest experience, not make it an exhausting administrative exercise. A perfectly good apartment, completely let down by poor management and customer service.

Great place to catch a cruise ship.

Very nice place. One block from the ocean, walking distance to the cruise ship piers. Huge variety and number of restaurants within walking distance.

My name is Caroline not Shane however I found my one bedroom apartment very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were clear and easy, the furniture was beautiful, following the beach theme and the bed was so comfortable. I would have loved an extra doona in the wardrobe as it was a little chilly at night. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Nice and clean and modern. The only letdown was that the room was very dark - I knew that I wouldn't get a view but wasn't expecting a wall which blocked most of the light.

Great accommodation. Good value, comfortable, spacious. This location was perfect for a city feeling, easy access to cbd and train lines, yet meant we didn’t have to stay right in the city. The communication from the accommodation provider was excellent and all the access codes/app worked perfectly. We parked on the road directly outside the apartment (lucky!) for the duration of our three night stay, which was perfect. Our vehicle was too high for undercover parking.
