Hotel murah di Melbourne

"The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. "

"The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "

"Our stay was very nice. Everyone was friendly. We signed up for the shuttle to the airport the night before, but in the morning they didn’t even check the list, and there must have been 20 people waiting for 10 seats. Luckily we made it on, but don’t know why they have you sign up but then don’t use the list."

"There was a soccer team there and the adults were drunk and letting the kids do whatever they wanted. Run up and down the halls this was at midnight and after. Jump and stomp the floors past midnight. Does people not know quiet time is 10pm-7am anywhere you go? It’s just being polite. "

"There was lots of ants through the hotel we had to switch rooms Because they were on our bed our food everywhere and also in the pool area everywhere and in th breakfast area during breakfast they need to get the property sprayers in and outside."

"We have used this Country Inn and Suites since it opened for a quick night's rest when going to the Airport. Although it's starting to show its age, it is always clean! What we love best is the staff there! On our last 2 stays, Sarah (front desk /driver /replenising pool and food items) has been kind and accommodating. She handles the pressures of her multi-position job with grace and a smile! I wish they did offer a "grab and go option" for breakfast, though ... Especially with early flights....

"Property was clean and staff was friendly. Room was dated, but clean, and the breakfast was decent. Only stayed for one night so it was ok. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom was just dated and needs a makeover but overall, the hotel itself was fine. It does face a fairly busy street but the noise at night was pretty minimal. I would suggest requesting a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper. "The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe.
