"Very strong odor in the water. Could smell when running baths , getting ice and at the sink. No room service. No place to buy snacks or drinks unless you buy it at the restaurant or coffee shop."

"Great location, comfortable beds and overall really nice. The parking is not close, parking garage is next door. I didn't mind but could see it being a safety issue at night or someone more venerable. They have valet but no other parking."

"Everything at the Thompson Savannah was excellent! We did have to ask for a coffee maker and pods to be delivered to our room, whereas these are usually already in the rooms, based upon our previous experience at this hotel. The only other minor complaint is that our room was not serviced after the first night until 3 PM or so the next day. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"Everyone who we met that worked there were so friendly and accommodating! Not that we brought a pet, but it was definitely dog, friendly, and fun to see the dogs interacting with all the guest! The next time we are in Savannah, we will make it a point to stay at the indigo hotel and definitely will tell our friends who are headed that way!"
