"Un hotelito pequeño pero muy cuco, cómodo y de aire romántico, el personal muy atento y super amable, el desayuno buffet no es muy abundante, pero todo muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy limpias y muy luminosas, estuvimos en dos habitaciones diferentes por que ampliamos la estancia una noche mas. El restaurante de lujo, comimos allí los dos días y tanto el trato del personal como la comida genial. Esta a 20 metros de la playa, no hace falta sombrilla por que por 30€ al día puedes alquilar una...

"Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. The bath was thin plastic that popped as you walk on it (to take a shower). The sink was not draining. The mattress was...

"Great location! Super central to wonderful restaurants and major attractions. However, the beds were strange. We received 3 twin beds, 2 of them connected by one bed frame. The walls and floors are thin. We could hear the guests above us and on our floor. I was also charged for ice which I thought was strange. None of the other 2 hotels I stayed at - in Barcelona, and Mallorca, did such a thing. But the location is truly great and Valencia is a beautiful city."

Reservamos un cuarto de 1 cama doble y cuando llegamos nos dieron un cuarto con 3 camas de 1 plaza, fue un poco decepcionante a la hora de dormir con mi esposo. "If you want to unwind and relax, Hotel Neptuno Playa & Spa is the best place to stay for a couple of days. La recepción y el desayuno were absolutely perfect! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the hotel has everything you need pour se ressourcer. A huge thank you to the personal tan amable who made us feel so welcome throughout our entire visit. La pieza normal, el gran problema es que daba justo a la calle de atrás que a partir de las 7 am se estacionan camiones y hacen mucho ruido cargando y descargando cosas, con ruidos muy fuertes, entonces no nos sirvió para descansar."

"We enjoyed the staff member who checked us in when we arrived. She welcomed us and spoke English with us. She provided us with a map and some helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat and transportation. I called for an extra towel to be added to the room. The staff member brought the towel plus an extra towel up to the room right away. She was very polite and spoke English with me. The staff has been very accommodating with our stay here.
