Excellent location to explore island. Couldn't fault hotel, requested iron and ironing board before arriving and was in room when checked in. Staff excellent, rooms amazing, we had one with a hot tub and views - perfect.

Polite and very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice view depending on what room it was. Rooftop bar / pool is very beautiful although the restaurant on the roof is quite expensive. Overall great experience all round would come back.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t fault it at all. The breakfast was lovely and hot with so much choice, The rooms are large with great facilities and spotlessly clean. Lovely swimming pool on the roof and in the gardens. All restaurants are good and so is the sports bar across the road. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Maritim Antonine Hotel.

The hotel is located on the main street in Melleiah and is convenient for shops, restaurants, bars, the Parish Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary and the WW2 shelter. The beach is a long downhill walk away or 3 to 4 bus stops away. Overall the hotel is an excellent base to stay at with a choice of restaurants all of which served delicious food. Bus stops are within a minute walk from the reception. The only thing we weren’t happy with was the room location. When booking it wasn’t clear the Junior Suite with a balcony we had booked was overlooking the Main Street with heavy noisy traffic all day long.

We loved our stay here. The room was large and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and great air con. There is a bus stop next to the hotel that takes you everywhere and they run very regularly. There are loads of restaurants within a short walking distance offering both local and western cuisines, in addition to the 3 onsite restaurants. The rooftop bar and restaurant was spectacular offering amazing views. We enjoyed both outdoor pools along with the delicious cocktails (it was very hot) and the breakfast on offer was massive - very western (catering to the UK tourists) but also kept everyone happy with loads of options and an egg chef 🙌. The staff were outstanding.

All in all, a good hotel, although it is located quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. Many boat tours and day trips depart from different harbors, which are usually around 20 minutes away by car, bus, or shuttle. On our first day, we also noticed that the bathroom countertop was splattered with soap. Additionally, whenever we showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet, as the drain placement did not seem to align properly with the slope of the shower floor. Apart from these issues, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were lovely, and the view was beautiful. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing, quieter holiday, especially if you plan to spend plenty of time by the pool and explore the island by car. However, if you want to visit the main attractions or join boat trips frequently, the location may be less convenient.

Perfect stay for me. Friendly and helpful staff, the pools were lovely, rooms were clean and I even got an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Would love to come back. Good restaurants close by and the beach was not far of a walk.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The pool area was amazing, with a really relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. The restaurant options were excellent, with great food and plenty of choice throughout our stay. The location was also perfect ideally placed for heading down to the beach and exploring the local area. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a prime spot, and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the hotel. The roof top pool being adults only was a bonus and we did not have any issues getting sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean - we were pleased we chose to have a balcony. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of it. The hotel was in a great location, with lots of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from and a lovely view of the sea. The only thing that could be a downside was having to go to and from the two hotel buildings either under or over the road, but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay here again - Malta is a lovely place to visit.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Mellieha, a small village with a beautiful church high up on the hill above Mellieha bay. Great adults pool, bar & Asian restaurant on the rooftop which has magnificent views of the church & bay. Excellent food at the Asian & Al Ponte restaurants. Staff always helpful & friendly. Local bus stop nearby gives easy access to the local beaches & further afield. Also good choice of local restaurants. Well appointed clean room with good facilities & maid service. The only negatives were - the lovely cocktail bar in the main part of the hotel was closed, the 120 bar across the street seemed to constantly have sport channels on TV so not our choice. The hotel is in two halves with the main facilities on one side & further accommodation & the bar across the street which is accessed via an underground corridor from inside the hotel, this could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues but lifts are available to all areas. Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than one over the bath. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you Maritim Antonine ☺️
